Dr. Chana Korenblum


Dr. Chana Korenblum is a Staff Physician in both the Division of Adolescent Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and the Department of Supportive Care at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, in Toronto, Canada.She specializes in psychosocial support for adolescents and young adults (AYA) with cancer, as well as their parents, siblings, partners, and children.She serves as program lead for Teen Cancer Connection, SickKids' AYA oncology program, and leads the Canada-wide AYA Collective.Dr. Korenblum is also Assistant Professor in the Departments of Paediatrics and Psychiatry at the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine. Her research focuses on psychosocial interventions in AYA with cancer across all phases of the cancer trajectory.She has presented her work at national and international conferences and published in: the New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst; the Journal of Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology; Pediatric Blood and Cancer; the Journal of Clinical Medicine; Psycho-Oncology; and Cancer.
